Villain's plot:
The Kingpin is taking over most of New York, including the section known as Hell’s Kitchen, but when a businessman named Nikolas Natchios won’t cooperate, he hires Bullseye to kill him and pin it on Daredevil.
Rankings:
The best scene was probably the bar fight, but there’s something about seeing Daredevil perching on rooftop gargoyles that reminds me of the comics.
Ben Affleck made a better Matt Murdock than a Daredevil, but Jennifer Garner and Michael Clarke Duncan were good choices.
Everything back then was leather, but this wasn’t terrible. The batons were a really cool design.
Seether, Evanescence, POD, Saliva, Fuel, and Nickelback. The soundtrack is basically a 90s music festival.
Notes
I mean, the Bullseye stuff and the playground battle on the seesaw are trash, and it’s ridiculously of its time, but there’s some good stuff. The echolocation is pretty rad, and the fight choreography isn’t bad either.
